Delivery Options

It is our job to try to make sure your purchases are not damaged during delivery so all purchases will have ample packaging to try to prevent damage. Because of this the packaging may be a little more bulky than the purchase it’s self. Each item will have it’s own shipping class for postage dependent on size and weight of the packaging needed for the product.

We post using royal mail signed for online postage for UK postage. And extra steps in packing ensure that your art will arrive to you unharmed.

The cost for packing and postage we use are as follows:

£4.00 (small shipping charge) ie. A4 or small parcel under £50

£6.00 (medium shipping charge) ie. A4 or small parcel heavier or over £50

£10.00 (large shipping charge) ie A3 or larger parcels or over £50

£20.00 (extra large shipping charge) Much larger items that need to be sent special delivery or insured for more than £100

For commissions the packing and postage cost is altered to suit the insurance needed on the piece being delivered.

Remember you can multi-buy items and save on postage, you will only pay the highest postage cost!


For much larger canvases and sculptural pieces a courier may be used and the delivery cost may be considerable higher to cover cost if damaged etc.

For larger pieces I highly recommend Collecting in Person if you are able. We are based in Bishop Auckland, England. If you select Collect in Person on checkout, please ensure that you are able to collect (or arrange your own courier) from this address. I will email you after your purchase so that i can give you the address. If you are not able to collect at this point I will ask you to pay the price for the postage needed.

Although all care is given to protect purchased items for delivery, the postal service is not connected to us and we have no control on how they conduct their deliveries. In the event that the delivery service does damage your purchase during delivery then we do not take any responsibility for this as damage was done through an external company.

However, if the piece is replaceable we will do our best to send a replacement. If the piece is a commission or one of a kind piece then it may not be possible to replace. I can attempt to reproduce the piece (if applicable) or, if a commission piece, you can have your postage and final payment refunded but the 50% non-refundable deposit will not be possible to refund.

I hope this never occurs and you receive your purchases in pristine condition but we hold no responsibility for damages caused by a third party.
